Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Perform account reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities Assist with inventory accounting and manufacturing cost analysis Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve financial performance Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and company policies Support audits and provide requested financial documentation Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Cost accounting or inventory accounting experience is highly preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
