In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive accounting expertise to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and effective financial management across diverse sectors including non-profit and governmental organizations. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional eager to make a meaningful impact through expert financial stewardship. Hospital Accounting experience required. Duties
  • Prepare, analyze, and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, account analysis, and general ledger accounting to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
  • Oversee cash management activities, including forecasting, cash flow analysis, and bank reconciliations.
  • Oversee billing and collections. Qualifications
  • Bachelors' or Masters' degree in accounting, finance.
  • Experience in hospital accounting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, cash management, payroll processing, and technical accounting procedures.
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strong financial acumen to interpret complex data sets effectively.
  • Ability to perform detailed account analysis and prepare accurate financial reports under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budgeting tools and forecasting methodologies to support organizational planning.
