We're looking for a Senior Accountant who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working on meaningful projects that make an impact. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting while collaborating across departments. You'll have the opportunity to review work prepared by junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and support exciting initiatives like system implementations. What You'll Do Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month-end close. Manage accounting for clinical trials, R D projects, and collaboration agreements. Review and maintain fixed asset and prepaid ledgers. Assist with audits and partner with internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to ad hoc projects, including software implementation and process improvements. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred). 3+ years of accounting experience; public accounting background is a plus. Strong knowledge of US GAAP; SOX experience preferred. Industry experience in biotech/pharma is a bonus. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus). Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
