Job Title:

Senior Accountant Position Summary The Guild Brewing Company is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role will play a key part in the month-end close process, inventory accounting, and financial analysis, while working closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to deepen their technical accounting expertise and take ownership of key financial processes. Key Responsibilities Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist in preparing financial statements and supporting schedules Perform inventory accounting, including tracking and valuation of raw materials and finished goods Reconcile inventory movements, production activity, and outbound shipments Support revenue recognition and cost of goods sold analysis Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audits Maintain and update financial reports, spreadsheets, and ERP system data (SAP-based) Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel Preferred:
