Senior Accountant:

Lead monthly and year-end financial reporting (income statements, balance sheets). Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, allocations, and close activities. Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results. Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting. Build and implement accounting processes, controls, and reporting structures. Serve as liaison with external auditors, support audits and documentation. Participate in financial consolidations and cost roll-up procedures. Oversee accounts receivable collections and support cash management (ACH/wires). Generate ad-hoc financial and management reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally as the business scales. Senior Accountant:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience. Startup or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred. Manufacturing or industrial experience Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and close processes. Proven ability to operate effectively with limited structure and evolving processes.
