Key Responsibilities Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Lead month-end and year-end close processes Perform account reconciliations and analyze variances Support budgeting and forecasting activities Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls Assist with audits and coordinate with external auditors Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3-6+ years of accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ideal Candidate Proactive and detail-oriented Team player with a collaborative mindset Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Motivated to grow professionally and take on increased responsibility #LI-DB2 #
