ABOUT THE ROLE

This position is responsible for applying accounting principles to prepare, analyze, and report on financial information. The role supports day-to-day accounting operations, close processes, and financial reporting accuracy within a dynamic business environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile and analyze financial data to prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts Prepare and review account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness Analyze financial activity across assets, liabilities, income, and expenses Execute month-end close processes in accordance with established timelines Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial data Support internal and external audit requests, providing timely and accurate documentation Perform project or job costing activities as applicable Contribute to ongoing accounting operations and additional projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting required 4+ years of relevant accounting experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with account reconciliations and general ledger activity Exposure to payroll-related accounting preferred Experience working within ERP systems preferred Advanced Excel skills required Strong verbal and written communication skills
