We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Senior Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Operations Manager and leadership team at our high-performance computing (HPC) data center campus. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, technical environment and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing a wide range of administrative and operational tasks with discretion and efficiency. While prior experience as an administrative assistant is preferred, we value initiative, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership in supporting mission-critical operations. We have grown substantially since 2019, from our inception in Australia to now having several facilities across North America and being listed on NASDAQ… and we are just getting started! Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role (preferred). Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint). Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with technical or data center environments is a plus. Self-motivated with a proactive mindset. Comfortable working in a high-security, high-performance environment. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Collaborative and service-oriented attitude.
Other important requirements:
Pre-employment screening, including background check and substance testing may be required according to company policies. Must provide own steel-toed work boots; other PPE will be supplied. Must be able to reliably commute to the work site as needed or have plans to relocate before starting work. Provide high-level administrative support to the Senior Operations Manager and other facility leaders. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting agendas and materials. Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and project milestones. Assist with internal communications, documentation, and reporting. Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including confidential records. Support onboarding and coordination for new hires, vendors, and contractors. Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and facility logistics. Coordinate with IT, security, and facilities teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations. Assist with planning and execution of on-site events, audits, and executive visits.
