What You'll Do:

• -Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that impact business performance.
• Offer insights based on data to improve cost to serve strategies, company performance, and customer involvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks while ensuring data quality, consistency, and standardized metrics.
• Help define analytics guidelines and reporting standards through translating business needs into analytical frameworks and benchmarks.
• Present insights clearly and timely to senior partners and multi-functional teams. What You'll Bring type="disc
• -Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven solid skills in SQL, Excel and Data visualization models (Tableau, PBI)
• Experience translating complex data into business recommendations

The base salary range for this position is $79,300.00 to $119,000.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
