Job Description

We serve as a link between business partners and data teams, blending hands-on analysis with strategic influence. We apply customer data sources as well as a cost to serve model to highlight areas of opportunities for improvement. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday
- Thursday at Hasbro's new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday
- Thursday at Hasbro's HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro's temporary location in Boston, MA.
Senior Analyst Logistics:
What You'll Do:
type="disc- -Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that impact business performance.
- Offer insights based on data to improve cost to serve strategies, company performance, and customer involvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks while ensuring data quality, consistency, and standardized metrics.
- Help define analytics guidelines and reporting standards through translating business needs into analytical frameworks and benchmarks.
- Present insights clearly and timely to senior partners and multi-functional teams. What You'll Bring type="disc
- -Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven solid skills in SQL, Excel and Data visualization models (Tableau, PBI)
- Experience translating complex data into business recommendations
