• Fast Track to Management We are looking for a proven leader ready to join our Glens Falls location as a Senior Associate and advance to Retail Center Manager 2 within 12 months. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced manager who wants to lead a high-performing store and build a long-term career with a stable, locally owned business. What You'll Do Initially
• Provide excellent customer service in shipping, printing, packing, mailboxes, and business services
• Mentor team members and lead by example
• Support daily operations and help drive sales growth
• Complete Notary Public training (fully sponsored by us) Your 12-Month Promotion Path
• Months 1-3: Master our operations and build team credibility
• Months 4-6: Take on training, mentoring, and leadership projects
• Months 7-9: Move into Assistant Manager / Manager-in-Training
• Months 10-12: Promote to Retail Center Manager 2
• leading the full team, operations, and revenue growth at our primary Glens Falls store (with Notary license) Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay:

  $19.50
• $20.00 per hour
• Monthly Performance Bonus based on key areas: mailbox revenue, shipping, packing, printing, shredding, and customer satisfaction
• Significant increase in hourly pay + enhanced bonus structure when promoted to Retail Center Manager 2
• Benefits package after 90 days
• Paid Notary licensing and leadership training Who We're Looking For
• 2+ years of proven management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced business environment (sales, operations, office, logistics, or similar)
• Strong leader who excels at motivating and training teams (especially former peers)
• Business-savvy with a track record of growing sales and operations
• Comfortable with technology, computers, and Microsoft Office tools
• Driven to build a top-performing store
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
