, fast-paced, labor-intensive environment. Follow standard operating procedures to perform various detailing functions. Effectively communicate with management throughout the day about detailing related issues found while detailing - damage, extra services needed, etc. Strong problem solving and the desire to go above and beyond to help the company. Be able to handle kind, constructive feedback to better your detailing skills. Have the desire to learn how to perform specialized services such as paint correction, ceramic coatings, headlight restorations, scratch removal, touch up paint. Be on the move. You should be willing and able to operate tools, pressure washers, detailing equipment, and work in a fast-paced environment. Go over vehicle with management and customers to maintain quality control. Touch up vehicles to ensure they are up to company standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management - FLEXIBILITY IS KEY!

Experience:

One year detailing.

Requirements:

You have a valid driver's license, a vehicle to get to work and good driving record. Pass drug test and background check. Show up to work every day on time. You must be able to follow our standard operating processes. You are comfortable following direction without taking things personal. You are comfortable taking on a project and working without supervision. You can hold yourself accountable for your detailing quality and performance. You must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours a day and be able to frequently lift, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, all with or without reasonable accommodation.
