What You'll Be Doing As a Junior Credit Analyst / Underwriter, you'll partner closely with lenders and leadership to evaluate loan opportunities and help make sound credit decisions that support local businesses and agricultural operations. In this role, you will: Analyze financial statements, tax returns, and credit information for commercial and agricultural loan requests Assist in preparing loan presentations and credit memos for approval Evaluate cash flow, collateral, and overall borrower strength Help monitor existing loan relationships and identify potential risks or opportunities Work directly with lenders to support new and existing business relationships Gain hands-on exposure to commercial and agricultural lending Learn the "why" behind credit decisions from experienced banking professionals Stay up to date on market trends, economic conditions, and industry changes Ensure files and analyses meet regulatory and policy standards You don't need 15 years of experience—we're looking for someone eager to learn, ready to contribute, and excited to build a long-term career in banking.

Qualifications:

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
