Our coffee program requires non-stop attention to detail, a deep understanding of extraction, and a passion for quality. We are currently looking for an experienced, driven Senior Barista to join our team and help us set the standard for coffee excellence as we move into the next chapter of our journey. The Role As a Senior Barista, you will be a key player in our front-of-house operations. This role focuses heavily on two major components: coffee bar excellence and communication. You will work side-by-side with our team, engaging with customers with a charismatic, positive, and service-oriented mentality, while contributing to a collaborative, respectful cafe environment. Key Responsibilities Brew and dial in coffee with precision across multiple methods (drip, espresso, pour-over) Craft high-quality espresso drinks, including consistent latte art Engage with customers in a friendly and effective manner to determine and meet their needs Manage the cash register, POS ticket system, and general cash handling Set up and maintain the pastry and retail displays Clean dishes, restock supplies, and ensure the shop remains clean and organized at all times Follow all safety and kitchen sanitation requirements strictly Communicate with co-workers in a respectful, helpful, and efficient manner

Qualifications & Requirements Preferred:

1-3 years of professional experience working as a barista Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including both weekdays and weekends Proficient in basic math Ability to read, write, and speak English High School diploma or equivalent

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
