• Position Summary
• This role requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external service partners to support streamlined business operations and effective communication.

+ Key responsibilities include analyzing and streamlining existing business processes, managing escalations, and coordinating with stakeholders during outages or technical issues. + The position requires creating and maintaining policy and procedure documentation, navigating SharePoint, and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements related to member and provider communications. + Position will also periodically support Role Based Access Control including reviewing access tickets and gathering information for SOC audits. + Additional duties include performing reconciliations, organizing audits, and working with internal and external auditors to maintain compliance and prevent process gaps.

• + 3-5 years of relevant professional experience supporting business operations, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration + Strong communication and organizational skills + Ability to manage escalations and technical issues + Business process analysis and improvement + Policy and procedure documentation

• + Audit support and reconciliation expertise + Knowledge of

SOC 1/SOC 2

audits and access reviews + Claims processing knowledge

• Education
• + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred or relevant experience.

00 - $122,400.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
