- Los Angeles, CA The Select Group is looking for a Senior UAT / Business Test Lead in Southern California.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of business process understanding, structured testing expertise, and leadership capability, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in UAT, QA, or Business Testing roles, with leadership responsibility Proven experience owning end-to-end UAT execution for complex programs Strong ability to translate business processes into structured test scenarios and cases Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies and defect management Experience working in integrated, multi-vendor environments Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive alignment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage business users and technical teams effectively Exceptional organizational skills with a track record of driving accountability and follow-through Ability to operate independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Own and lead the full UAT lifecycle from preparation through execution and sign-off Translate business requirements and real-world workflows into executable UAT test cases Partner with Business, QA, and IT teams to refine test scenarios and ensure full coverage Facilitate working sessions to finalize "to-be" business processes and close gaps Plan and drive UAT readiness milestones, timelines, and deliverables Lead daily UAT execution, status tracking, and defect management Conduct daily stand-ups and wrap-up sessions, proactively removing blockers Support manual UAT execution across mobile applications (iOS and Android) and related systems Ensure proper documentation of test results, defect logging, and resolution tracking Collaborate with training teams to enhance user guides and documentation based on UAT findings Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams during UAT TSG is an equal opportunity employer.
