BHN is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead a dynamic team within our Community Wraparound division, supporting youth and families through the high-fidelity Wraparound model of care. Provide effective, supportive supervision to Care Coordinators and Family Partners, including individual, group, and dyadic models Deliver training, coaching, and performance evaluation to ensure Wraparound fidelity Monitor and support staff in meeting documentation, direct service, and program standards Lead the implementation of fidelity tools and quality assurance measures Collaborate with supervisors and program leadership on policies, procedures, and training initiatives Build partnerships with internal and external child- and family-serving systems Respond to supervisory on-call needs as assigned Who You Are You have a Master's degree in a mental health-related field You hold independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) You are CANS certified or willing to become certified upon hire You have at least three (3) years of experience working with youth and families in behavioral health settings You bring prior experience in supervision, coaching, or mentoring roles You have familiarity with Wraparound or home-based models (preferred) You are organized, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment You are a culturally responsive leader and value inclusion, trauma-informed care, and community-based support You have strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation About BHN Behavioral Health Network has been providing comprehensive behavioral health services to individuals and families across Western Massachusetts since 1938.
