AccountabilitiesInvestigate and research the value of vehicles through various methodsReview and analyze documents from internal and external sources in relation to the evaluation process for vehicles and our insured'sAdhere to and maintain departmental standards and/or KPI'sProvide a superior customer service experience for policyholders and prompt and equitable settlement of claimsOther tasks as requiredQualificationsMinimum 2-4 years experience in an auto insurance related positionEnrolled in, or willing to enroll in CIP designationUnderstanding of auto terminology, car market and auto estimatesExcellent organizational and negotiating skillsTotal loss experience is considered an assetICAR courses are considered an asset#LI-KT1SkillsAuto Insurance, Claims Management, Customer Service, Negotiation, ResearchingCompensationExpected compensation for this role ranges from $ 59,900.00•93,725.00 annually. Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
