Senior Client Service Associate - Wealth Management & Tax Planning Burke Financial Advisors Warrenton, Missouri | Full-Time | In Office About Burke Financial Advisors Burke Financial Advisors is an independent wealth management and tax planning firm serving individuals and families through long-term, relationship-focused financial planning. Our firm integrates investment management, retirement planning, and tax planning to provide a coordinated and personalized client experience. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Client Service Associate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, managing operational workflows, and contributing to a growing professional practice. The ideal candidate will take ownership of many day-to-day client service and operational processes while working closely with advisors and team members to help deliver an exceptional client experience. This position offers long-term growth potential into expanded operations and leadership responsibilities as the firm continues to grow. Primary Responsibilities Client Service & Relationship Support Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests and ongoing communication Deliver a high-touch, professional client experience through proactive communication and follow-through Assist clients with account maintenance requests, transfers, distributions, deposits, beneficiary updates, and other service needs Provide operational and client communication support to the firm's tax planning and tax preparation processes during tax season, including coordination of client requests, document follow-up, scheduling, and workflow tracking Coordinate and track client paperwork and ensure timely completion of requests Support advisors in preparing for client meetings and ongoing planning relationships Advisory Operations & Workflow Management Manage and maintain accurate client information within the firm's CRM system (Redtail) Assist with account opening processes, transfers, and operational workflows through custodial and document management platforms Monitor workflow status, follow up on outstanding items, and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner Maintain organized digital client files and documentation Assist in implementing workflow improvements and operational efficiencies Meeting & Planning Support Assist with preparation of client meeting materials, reports, and planning documentation Coordinate scheduling and meeting logistics Help track planning action items and client follow-up tasks Support ongoing review meeting preparation and service workflows Team Collaboration Work closely with advisors, accountants, and support staff in a collaborative team environment Assist in maintaining a professional, organized, and efficient office environment Contribute to the continued improvement of firm processes and client experience Qualifications Preferred Qualifications Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, insurance, or a professional services environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and client service skills High level of dependability, discretion, and follow-through Strong technology and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Additional Preferred Experience CRM experience (Redtail or similar platforms) Experience with custodial paperwork and account maintenance processes Experience with financial planning or investment operations workflows Familiarity with document management and workflow systems Industry licensing (Series 6/7 and 63/66) is a plus but not required upon hire Education Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience, qualifications and licensing Bonus opportunity Paid time off Retirement plan with company match Health insurance assistance Long-term growth opportunity within the firm Position Details Full-time In-office position Monday-Friday Located in
