Senior Clinician

NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is currently seeking an Independently Licensed- eligible Senior Clinician for its Beverly Continuum Support program located in Beverly, MA. This program provides safe, therapeutic, long-term residential placement for male and female youth ages 13-18. The program serves youth and families struggling with issues that include emotional disturbance, trauma, family conflict and behavioral issues such as truancy, running and substance abuse. The Senior Clinician is primarily responsible for the overall planning, implementation, and oversight of the clinical programming, including direct supervision of the program clinicians. The Senior Clinician serves alongside the Program Director as part of the program's administrative team.

Salary :

$75,000 - $80,000

Job Responsibilities:

The overall planning, implementation and oversight of the clinical services provided by the program, in collaboration with the division director. Providing direct supervision and oversight to the program clinician, case manager and occupational therapists. Assessing new referrals to the program and arrange or conduct testing and evaluations as needed, in collaboration with the division director. Developing and/or oversee development of individual treatment plans, and case management support. Reviewing client clinical records to ensure quality and compliance with funding source regulations, in collaboration with the division director. Providing individual counseling, and family counseling, when appropriate, as defined by each client's clinical treatment plan. Collaborating with program management and staff regarding therapeutic milieu and clinical orientation of program. Coordinate, facilitate and/or participate in case conferences, treatment meetings and clinical review meetings, as appropriate

Job Requirements:

Completed Master's Degree in Social Work or related field required. Independent License eligible - LMHC, LICSW, and LMFT. Previous experience with adolescent population and their families and expertise in crisis stabilization and management required. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and writing skills required.
