Full Job Description Role Snapshot Employment:

Direct hire from day one Picture your day starting at 6:30 a.m.: you review a blueprint, choose tooling, and bring an Okuma online for a first‑article check. By mid‑morning you're switching over to a Harrison Alpha lathe, dialing in offsets to hold tight tolerances. You'll wrap by 3:00 p.m. after verifying parts, updating notes, and leaving the cell clean and ready. What You'll Do Independently set up and run CNC milling and turning operations Translate blueprints and technical drawings into precise machine setups Apply precision machining practices to consistently achieve tight tolerances Perform in‑process checks and routine inspections to confirm specifications Keep the work area safe, orderly, and audit‑ready Equipment You'll Work With Okuma mills and lathes with OSP controls Hardinge Bridgeport mills with OSP and Fanuc controls Alliant Bridgeport knee mills with DRO Harrison Alpha lathes What You Bring 10+ years of CNC machining experience Deep background in CNC setup and operation Hands‑on familiarity with Okuma OSP and Fanuc controls Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Manual machining experience is a plus Welding or metal fabrication experience is a plus

Schedule & Pay Hours:

Monday-Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Compensation:

Up to $34.00 per hour Benefits Health insurance
