Senior Community Association Manager

Role Description In this hybrid role you will manage a portfolio of about 8 Condominium/Townhome Associations in the Evanston and Chicago area. Duties include advising/supporting the Board of Directors, handling requests, coordinating projects with contractors, approving payments, and other duties to support the Association. The position requires approximately 3-4 evening meetings per month. Properties are located mainly within the north suburbs. Qualifications Property management experience in a community association (condominium) setting Property management experience in a community association (condominium) setting A CAM license from the State of Illinois Strong management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding and experience with financial reporting and budgeting Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field Industry certifications, such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM Compensation We offer excellent compensation with a competitive salary, strong benefits package that includes health insurance, optional dental, vision, and disability coverage, a 401K program with company match, and paid vacation.
