Basic Qualifications Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience is required plus a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree degree plus a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience to meet managerial expectations.

As a Senior Contracts Manager, you'll lead a team of contract professionals, manage key customer agreements, and ensure compliance with laws and policies while driving business success. Manage and mentor a team of contracts professionals, fostering growth and excellence. Leverage technology, including AI, to enhance efficiency and consistency in contract management. What You Bring to the

Table Expertise:

Deep knowledge of contract law, FAR/DFARS regulations, and federal procurement practices. Self-motivated to stay abreast of the evolving Government acquisition landscape.

Experience:

10+ years of contract management experience (or 8+ years with a Masters degree).

Leadership:

Proven ability to manage and develop teams, set objectives, and drive results.

Skills:

Strong decision-making, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.

Tech Savvy:

Proficient in Microsoft Office and adept at leveraging technology for business needs. What Sets You Apart Strategic thinker who anticipates and proactively addresses business needs.
