TO KNOW YOUR AREA

Manage Credit Management activities to minimize financial risk and exposure to the company Accelerate Collections of receivables and reduce bad debt Coordinate US A/R Factoring Program across key internal/external stakeholders

YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO

Monitor accounts across NA legal entities to identify outstanding debts Resolve billing disputes and deductions by collaborating with customer operations and external partners (e.g. Accenture) Contact customers to obtain payment information on past due balances Process payments and refunds Update account status records and collection efforts by maintaining notes on collection activities Reporting on aged trial balance to ensure cash forecast goals are being met Account reconciliations and cash application research Releasing credit holds Assisting with conducting annual credit evaluations of existing customers as well as new customers Coordinate weekly cross functional A/R factoring activities to include sales and repayment procedures; ongoing assessment of opportunities to maximize factoring Monthly A/R factoring reporting Partner with internal and external A/R factoring stakeholders on key processes (credit reviews, utilization, accounting recons, etc)

ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?

Main requirements: Professional Designation on Credit Management and Collections desirable, but not required BS or BA in Business Administrations, Economics, Accounting or related field desired +5 years experience in accounts receivable or payables with a working knowledge of account management Fluent in English Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong Excel skillet Comfortable working with targets and deadlines Ability to prioritize and shift focus as needed Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Analytical and problem-solving skillset Envu is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants, regardless of ethnicity, color, race, religion, origin, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, or other conditions.
