What You'll Do:

Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for software and system projects. Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain applications, integrations, automation, and system enhancements. Support AI development initiatives, including AI-enabled applications, automation tools, data-driven workflows, and related system functionality. Manage multiple development projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality expectations. Work with end users, project stakeholders, vendors, and internal IT resources to define scope and deliver solutions. Troubleshoot system issues, resolve defects, and recommend technical improvements. Maintain development documentation, change records, testing results, and implementation plans. Participate in production releases, rollouts, and post-implementation support activities.

What We're Looking For:

Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related business field with five or more (5+) years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered. Knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, application design, testing, deployment, and support. Working knowledge of AI development concepts, AI-assisted tools, automation logic, APIs, data structures, and integration methods. Ability to mathematically calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Additional Eligibility Qualifications Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Casper, Wyoming. English language fluency, verbal and written. Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
