SENIOR DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS
Concordia, KS Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the President of Operations, the Senior Director of Operations is instrumental in the implementation of the hospital mission and community goals. Works closely with executive leadership as a team player. Oversees the overall management of multiple hospital departments. Champions a culture of performance in regard to quality, patient satisfaction and patient access.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field Master's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred Minimum Experience Five years management experience in healthcare or related field Required Registration/License/Certification None
