Senior Electrical Engineer

What You'll Do Drive Results :

Lead the design and optimization of advanced electrical systems, including power distribution and sustainable energy solutions.

Deliver Excellence :

Oversee engineering documentation with precision, ensuring compliance with codes, regulations, and project standards.

Leverage Technology :

Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis tools to model and document sophisticated systems.

Lead Construction Support :

Provide expert guidance during construction phases, including field inspections, RFIs, and code reviews.

Collaborate & Influence :

Work closely with internal teams and clients to define scopes, schedules, and budgets for large-scale projects.

Strategize & Analyze :

Evaluate feasibility, risks, and performance metrics to inform data-driven decisions.

Mentor & Grow :

Support junior engineers through coaching and knowledge-sharing initiatives. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) 10+ years of engineering experience post-graduation or with licensure Expertise in power quality, system reliability, and emerging technologies Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical analysis software Strong understanding of electrical codes and compliance processes Proven leadership in interdisciplinary collaboration and client engagement Exceptional communication and mentoring skills
