Senior Electrical Estimator

Duties and Responsibilities Review project plans and specifications to prepare estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor Create summaries that stay within budget and the scheduled time frame Managing bid pricing Organize the bid team and provide leadership and direction Understand risk and opportunities and communicate those to management Review project plans and specifications to prepare estimates for time, cost, materials, and labor Create summaries that stay within budget and the scheduled time frame Other duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Minimum of 8 years in the electrical estimating field Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical thinker with a professional demeaner Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them Detail-oriented and exceptional organizational skills An outstanding communicator, both orally and written Excellent customer service skills In depth knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC) Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite and/or other administrative programs Self-starter who works well independently Experience with complex file management Compensation and Expectation This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week Eligibility for benefits after 60 days: Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Paid Time Off and Life Insurance Eligibility for 401K with employer contribution after a year of employment
