Tri Tool HQ Organization:
Engineering | Role type: Full-time | People leadership: None Imagine this You're handed a challenge: build a compact, reliable tool that can machine a critical tube weld prep on-site. You map the BOM, pick materials and coatings, run a quick strength check, and lock in cost-appropriate tolerances. Next, you size a servo, choose a solenoid, and add a pneumatic actuator. By afternoon, you're in the shop assembling a prototype, verifying tolerances with gauges, and documenting updates in Info Syteline. That's a typical win here. Core functions (essential) Architect mechanical tools, fixtures, components, and subassemblies for industrial pipe and tube machining and welding applications.Generate manufacturing/assembly drawings, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups in SolidWorks per ASME Y14.5M.
Engineer across the full stack:
BOM structure, materials selection, strength of materials, static thermodynamic environments, surface treatments, fasteners/joining, manufacturability, and tolerance/cost tradeoffs.Specify and integrate AC/DC motors, servo motors, solenoids, and linear/rotary actuators.
