Senior Executive Operations Program Manager

As an Senior Executive Operations Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting executive operations by streamlining processes, managing reports and dashboards, and ensuring effective coordination and governance. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, develop templates and training resources, and maintain key knowledge bases. \n In this role, you will... Lead the development, alignment, and tracking of company strategic focus areas. Drive executive operations by leading executive forum planning, shaping meeting agendas and content, and managing action tracking for leadership meetings and offsites. Support the development of monthly and quarterly company reporting documentation, synthesizing strategic initiatives, business performance metrics, and cross-functional updates into executive-ready deliverables. Manage and elevate the company's VIP Visitor Program, delivering high-impact experiences. Lead complex cross-functional initiatives focused on operational scalability, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness through development of standardized workflows, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and visibility tools. Drive adoption of operational programs and resources by facilitating company-wide training, change management, and rollout strategies that improve alignment, consistency, and execution across teams. Ideal candidates have served in senior program manager roles with significant exposure to executive leadership teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, CEO/COO office roles, project management, operations, chief of staff or a similar role. Experience with program management frameworks, strategic planning, and business operations. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and business writing skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. Proven track record of leveraging AI to drive operational excellence in executive operations. Ability to synthesize complex strategic information into cohesive narratives (not just reporting data)

Bonus Qualifications:

Experience in autonomous vehicle (AV) or technology industries. Familiarity with corporate governance and executive reporting. Extensive experience with Google Suite, Confluence and Jira. Strategic planning & KIP design Financial and operational analysis \n $159,000 - $192,000 a year Base Salary Range There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
