We are currently seeking a Senior Fabrication Supervisor to join our team in Belgium. As a Senior Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate fabrication activities Ensure compliance with safety regulations Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed Train and mentor fabrication team members Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes

Required Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a supervisory role in a fabrication environment Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and equipment Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
