Duties Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including profit & loss statements, cost accounting, and variance analysis to inform strategic decision-making. Prepare and interpret complex financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Support regulatory reporting processes, including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance and other statutory requirements. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to align with organizational goals. Analyze investment opportunities and pricing strategies to maximize profitability while managing risk. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate accounting initiatives, including financial statement preparation and technical accounting issues. Provide insights into financial concepts such as P&L management, financial software utilization, and account analysis to enhance organizational financial acumen. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred. Proven experience in corporate finance, public accounting, or a similar role with a focus on financial analysis and reporting. Strong knowledge of
GAAP, IFRS, SOX
compliance, and regulatory reporting standards. Demonstrated expertise in financial software applications and tools for data analysis and report writing. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Deep understanding of financial concepts including cost accounting, strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately. Effective communication skills for preparing clear financial reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
