Job Description:

We are representing a very prominent manufacturing company that is actively seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and business analysis activities. This role will partner closely with operations and leadership teams to provide financial insights, evaluate performance trends, and support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and business performance metrics Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Analyze profit and loss statements, inventory performance, and operational costs Identify financial trends and provide recommendations to improve business performance Conduct financial modeling, investment analysis, and capital expenditure evaluations Support month-end reporting and management reporting processes Assist with special projects, cost analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams Develop and maintain reporting tools, financial databases, and analytical models Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-8 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or manufacturing finance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments Advanced Excel and financial systems experience preferred Manufacturing industry experience preferred
