POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and business decision-making across the organization. This position focuses on evaluating financial performance, developing insights around revenue and cost drivers, and partnering cross-functionally to support strategic initiatives and overall business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze financial performance, including revenue, COGS, and P&L trends, providing actionable insights to support business decisions Perform cost analysis and margin evaluation to identify opportunities for improved profitability and operational efficiency Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning efforts Develop financial models and conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions Drive process improvements in financial reporting and analysis to enhance visibility and accuracy of business performance
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2+ years of relevant experience in finance, FP&A, or accounting Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems/ERP tools
