We are seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for a growing manufacturing organization. This role will partner closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to drive data?driven decision-making, improve cost visibility, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting processes, including variance analysis and management reporting Analyze manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and operational KPIs to support performance improvement initiatives Partner with plant operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to understand drivers of financial results Prepare executive?level dashboards, reports, and financial presentations Support month-end close by reviewing financial results, explaining variances, and ensuring data accuracy Assist with long-range planning, scenario analysis, and ad hoc financial projects Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and financial processes Qualifications 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, preferably within a manufacturing environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas); experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred Ability to analyze large datasets and clearly communicate insights to non-financial stakeholders Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and business acumen Why Join Us Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on operational and financial performance Collaborative culture with strong exposure to senior leadership Competitive compensation, benefits, and professional growth opportunities We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
