Senior Freight Pricing Analyst | Itasca, Illinois | Salary up to $80,000 + Quarterly Bonus This role plays a critical part in supporting revenue growth through strategic pricing, sales collaboration, and customer-focused solutions across global freight services. What's On Offer Competitive salary up to $80,000 + Quarterly Bonus Quarterly performance-based bonus Opportunity to work with a global logistics network Career growth and professional development Collaborative and supportive team environment Key Responsibilities Develop, analyze, and manage competitive freight pricing solutions across air, ocean, and ground services Collaborate closely with Inside Sales teams to provide timely and accurate rate quotations Support Sales Support and pricing initiatives by aligning pricing strategies with market trends and customer requirements Evaluate carrier contracts, surcharges, and market conditions to ensure competitive positioning Work with operations and procurement teams to optimize cost structures and improve margins Provide analytical insights and reporting to senior leadership on pricing performance and opportunities Assist in RFQs, tenders, and long-term pricing agreements with global clients Maintain pricing databases and ensure data integrity across systems Qualifications & Experience 3-7+ years of experience in pricing, logistics, or supply chain roles Strong background in freight forwarding experience (air and/or ocean preferred) Proven experience supporting Inside Sales or commercial teams Solid understanding of Sales Support and pricing processes within logistics or transportation Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data modeling) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
