Job Description
About the Role Thoroughbred Sedan Van & Bus is seeking a dependable, motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Maintenance Technician . This position is ideal for someone with basic automotive knowledge who is looking to grow their career in fleet maintenance and transportation support. This hybrid role combines basic preventative vehicle maintenance (similar to a quick-lube technician) with general facility and support duties. The ideal candidate is flexible, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively across departments. This is not a shop-bound role; we are looking for a master of the mobile environment who thrives on autonomy, takes pride in high-level diagnostics, and can maintain a fleet of Ford Transits and E-450 buses to the highest safety standards. As our Lead Mechanic, you will be the primary authority on vehicle health, ensuring our passengers and drivers are supported by a perfectly maintained fleet.
