Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day fund accounting operations across multiple funds Review and approve NAVs, financial statements, and capital account activity Manage fund closings, including capital calls, distributions, and investor allocations Review partner capital allocations, waterfalls, and carried interest calculations Serve as primary point of contact for clients, auditors, and tax providers Lead audit and tax processes, including coordination and review of deliverables Ensure accuracy of financial reporting in accordance with GAAP and partnership accounting standards Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4-7 years of fund accounting experience Prior public accounting experience is a plus CPA preferred Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
