Geotechnical Team LeadSeattle, WashingtonRole OverviewOur highly respected geotechnical consulting organization is seeking a Geotechnical Team Lead to join its Seattle office at a principal‑level capacity. This role is designed for a senior engineer with deep technical expertise and proven leadership ability who is ready to play a central role in staff management, project leadership, and strategic growth within the Pacific Northwest.

The position offers a blend of technical excellence, people leadership, and business involvement, with close collaboration alongside other senior and principal engineers. The successful candidate will serve as a mentor, technical authority, and culture‑builder while remaining actively engaged in high‑impact geotechnical work.
