Job Description
Highway Engineer 📍
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Manage and mentor junior staff while serving as a task lead.
Assemble complete design packages or portions of larger projects.
Conduct quality control reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
Represent the firm at client meetings and industry events.
PE license required.5-10 years of progressive roadway engineering experience.
Experience with MassDOT or other New England DOTs required; municipal experience a plus.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley OpenRoads Designer.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with proposal writing, budgeting, and public presentations preferred.
Multi-modal and Complete Streets design experience a plus.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.PE license required.5-10 years of progressive roadway engineering experience.
Experience with MassDOT or other New England DOTs required; municipal experience a plus.
