Senior House Keeper

Viac Luxury Management is a distinguished real estate group specializing in private equity, property management, and real estate brokerage in South Florida. Our property management division oversees a portfolio of 25 premium vacation rental properties, delivering exceptional standards of service and guest experience. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to manage the upkeep of a high-end property in Cherry Log, Georgia . This is a location-specific role focused on a single home , offering consistency and autonomy. As a Housekeeper with Viac Lifestyle, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across our properties. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will help uphold and exceed the expectations of a luxury guest experience. Responsibilities Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of the vacation rental unit between check-in and check-out, adhering to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Efficiently manage time to prepare the property within the stipulated turnaround time, ensuring it is guest-ready. Inspect property for maintenance issues, damages, or missing items and report any findings to the property management team promptly. Replenish all the property supplies, including toiletries, linens, and kitchen essentials, ensuring a fully stocked and welcoming environment for every guest. Handle on-site laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and household items. Uphold the confidentiality and privacy of our guests and maintain the integrity of our property. Collaborate with the property management team to receive and act on feedback for continuous improvement of cleaning protocols and guest satisfaction. Requirements Personal vehicle and valid Drivers License. Proven experience as a Housekeeper. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellence in cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, managing multiple cleanings in a day with quick turnaround times. Familiarity with cleaning and sanitizing products and techniques suitable for luxury accommodations. Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and outside of traditional business hours as needed.
