Senior HR Manager

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Senior Human Resources Manager with 15+ years of experience in variety of areas of HR functions (Benefits, Compensation, employee relations, etc). This person will be fully onsite 5 days a week located in Canton/Ann Arbor, Michigan area. We are looking for someone who is willing to be flexible and have a positive mindset. This person will work alongside other HR peers and report up to the President of the organization. Provide strategic leadership and oversight across core HR operations, including talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, compensation, HR policy development, and employee relations. Build and strengthen the capability, depth, and effectiveness of the HR team through coaching, development, and succession planning. Foster a high-performing HR culture that promotes engagement, trust, collaboration, and emotional well-being across the organization. Proactively identify and escalate executive-level and critical HR matters, ensuring clear and timely communication with the CHRO. Travel domestically and internationally up to 1-2 times per quarter, as business needs require. domestic or international

Compensation:

$180,000k to $200,000k or more Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
