Position Summary Dealing with health plan data, specific medical issues, and trends can be unfamiliar territory for Meritain Health's clients. In collaboration with Meritain's Client Solution Team, leveraging Excel, Tableau, and our white labeled analytics tool. Informatics focuses on translating data into comprehensive insights and actionable results for our employers.
This position will:
Proactively offer insight on client plan performance with a focus of turning data into actionable information. Identify global trends and concerns using book of business data, monitoring industry and market trends to positively impact the effectiveness of our sales and service organizations. Collaborate across departments and vendors, managing third party vendor relationships and integration of multiple data sources to tell a comprehensive story. Assist with vetting new vendors and products, procedure development and best practices. Manage complex requests in addition to their block of business while supporting the Informatics department, Client Management, clients, and brokers as a subject matter expert. Provide a revitalized approach to delivery of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive levels of analytical intelligence and consultation to our internal and external clients via telephonic and in-person support demonstrating and effectively communicating Meritain and Informatics' value. Manage results driven projects and timelines effectively through communication, documentation, and departmental training. Required Qualifications Excel/3+ Years/End User Tableau/3+ Years/End User Power Point/3+ Years/End User Outlook/3+ Years/End User 1+ years of Healthcare Analytics/Consultation experience Strong, effective communication Self-motivated Works independently Able to prioritize work effectively Creative thinker/think outside of the box Detail Orientated Preferred Qualifications Project management Resource management Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $102,000.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
