Job Description

• Lead all irrigation operations across assigned client properties.
• Oversee a team of Irrigation Technicians.
• Develop irrigation schedules, water management strategies, and seasonal programming.
• Ensure compliance with water restrictions and best practices.
• Manage budgets, prepare proposals, and support enhancement sales related to irrigation upgrades.
• Conduct site inspections, wet checks, and maintain strong client communication.

Skills/Qualifications:

• 4+ years of irrigation repair and/or install experience.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to oversee a team.
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, troubleshooting, and water management.
• Ability to prepare budgets, proposals, and enhancement recommendations.
• Valid driver's license required; company vehicle provided. Compensation & Benefits
