Job Description

Senior Key Account Manager - Pet | Premium Global Pet Brand gpac is partnering with a globally recognized, rapidly growing premium pet food brand to hire a Senior Key Account Manager - Pet to drive strategic growth across the Pet Specialty channel. In this high-impact role, you'll manage and expand key relationships with national retailers, regional accounts, and distributors while helping shape sales strategy, market expansion, and long-term customer partnerships. This position offers strong leadership visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on a fast-growing brand. This is an onsite role based in Scottsdale, AZ . What You'll Bring 5-10+ years of experience in CPG sales, pet industry sales, or related categories Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred Proven experience managing national accounts, regional retailers, and/or distributors Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales trends, forecasts, and business data Experience leading customer business reviews, presentations, and strategic planning discussions Track record of driving growth through promotions, pricing, and account development strategies Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and accounts Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Ability to travel as needed and work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ Why Join?
