Senior Kitchen & Bath Designer

Refined Kitchen & Bath is a luxury kitchen and bath design company specializing in high-end cabinetry design, space planning, and client-focused remodeling solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong design expertise and sales experience who enjoys working directly with clients to bring beautiful, functional spaces to life. Responsibilities Meet with prospective clients to discuss project goals, style preferences, and budgets Measure job sites accurately for kitchen and bath projects Create cabinetry layouts, floor plans, and detailed kitchen/bath designs Assist clients with product selections, finishes, and overall design decisions Develop space planning concepts that maximize both functionality and aesthetics Prepare and revise design drawings and presentations Coordinate designs with clients, contractors, and vendors Manage multiple projects while maintaining organization and attention to detail Requirements Minimum 5 years of kitchen and bath design experience Proficiency in one or more of the following: 20/20 Design AutoKitchen AutoCAD Equivalent kitchen and bath design software Strong understanding of cabinetry design and space planning Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to professionally manage client relationships from consultation through project completion Sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury residential design Knowledge of cabinetry construction, materials, and finishes Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Strong presentation and design visualization skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity for commission and performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within a high-end design/build environment
