We are seeking a passionate and driven Community Relations Director to serve as the welcoming face of our community. In this role, you will help prospective residents and their families navigate one of life's most important decisions with empathy, confidence, and care. You'll build trusted relationships, guide personalized tours, and share the unique lifestyle and sense of belonging that make Vineyard Park feel like home. Community Relations Director:
Build meaningful connections with prospective residents, families, and referral partners Guide families through Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care options with compassion and professionalism Conduct personalized community tours that showcase the warmth, lifestyle, and amenities of Vineyard Park Drive occupancy goals through proactive outreach, relationship management, and follow-up Develop and maintain strong referral partnerships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, social workers, case managers, and healthcare professionals Manage all inquiries including phone, online, and walk-in leads Coordinate and host networking events, educational presentations, and community outreach activities Maintain accurate lead management and reporting through CRM systems Represent Vineyard Park in a positive, polished, and service-oriented manner within the greater Mercer Island and Seattle-area community What We're Looking For Preferred 2+ years of senior living sales and marketing experience Proven success achieving or exceeding occupancy and move-in goals Strong relationship-building and communication skills Compassionate, service-driven mindset with a genuine passion for seniors Knowledge of Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Medicaid processes preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with community leadership Professional presence with strong organizational and follow-through skills Understanding of local market competition and referral networks CRM experience preferred Creative, energetic, and motivated to bring new ideas to community outreach and engagement Why Join Vineyard Park of Mercer Island?
