Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Frontline MarketingCategory to help shape and drive category growth across frontline markets. This role bridges strategy and execution , owning key elements of the category agenda while influencingcrossfunctionalteams to deliver strong commercial and brand outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong marketing fundamentals, and influence skills , with the ability to translate insights into scalable actions across markets. WhatYou'llDo for Us Own and drive elements of the category and portfolio agenda across frontline markets, aligned to regional and global priorities. Partner with Brand, C&CL, Commercial, RGM, Media, and Franchise teams to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies . Influence investment choices, priorities, and calendars across brands, IMX campaigns, and innovation initiatives. Lead synthesis of consumer, shopper, and category insights to support category storytelling and leadership decision making . Support bottler alignment by clearly communicating category priorities,objectives, and performance expectations. Guidelocalization andrealtimeamplification of IMX campaigns within assigned territories. Monitor and assess category performance ,identifyingrisks, opportunities, and optimization actions. Leadcrossfunctionalprojects and mentor junior team members. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred. 8-10+ years of experience in brand, category, or integrated marketing roles within
FMCG / CPG.
Experience influencing category or brand strategy across multiple markets or geographies. Strong understanding of integrated marketing, demand generation, and brand growth levers. Solid commercial and financial acumen, with experience influencing investment decisions. Proven ability to influencecrossfunctionalstakeholders without direct authority. WhatWe'llDo for
