Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Summary The Department of Radiology is recruiting a Senior Clinical Operations Manager. The candidate will manage the daily activities related to our hospital-based practices in the Texas Medical Center at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center (BSLMC), McNair, and O'Quinn Medical Tower (OTM). They will work closely with the Department Administrator, faculty (MD, DO, APPs), staff and affiliate partners to ensure efficient and high-quality operations. Job Duties Manages daily operations across multiple sites and modalities to ensure efficient and optimized patiently flow and timely result deliveries. Oversees radiology equipment procurement and maintenance including workstations at BSLMC affiliate locations (BSLMC, McNair, OTM). Performs accurate documentation related to practice including but not limited to remote radiologists' readings, Tumor Board, and weekly case conferences for body and IR modalities. Meets and works with College and affiliate hospital key stakeholders to review, create/revise, and implement efforts to ensure efficient operational processes. Monitors financial performance, productivity, utilization, and revenue cycle metrics by developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance. Orients and onboards new faculty and trainees with badge and other resources needed to work at BSLMC, McNair, and OTM locations. Supports projects related to long-term business plans, such as space management related to interventional radiology expansion to McNair and OTM. Collaborates with Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) researchers and coordinators related to the College's research mission. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Five years of relevant experience.Work Authorization Requirement:
