//www.jnj.com/ The Senior Manager, EP Neuro PMO l serves as the end-to-end program management lead supporting the Transcend Director in driving execution excellence and governance discipline across the global Transcend program. This individual will oversee integrated planning, delivery tracking, and governance processes across multiple workstreams to ensure coordinated, transparent, and compliant execution of one of Johnson & Johnson MedTech's most complex, multi-year transformations.
Key Responsibilities End-to-End PMO Leadership:
Serve as the right hand to the Transcend Director, managing the full program lifecycle—from initiation through deployment—across multiple global regions and functions.
PMO Governance:
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve governance standards, cadence, and artifacts (e.g., steering materials, RAID management, KPIs, and dashboards) to ensure disciplined program execution.
Integrated Planning & Execution:
Develop and manage master schedules, interdependencies, and resource alignment across technical, functional, and business workstreams.
Stakeholder Management:
Partner closely with senior leaders, regional program leads, and workstream owners to facilitate informed decision-making, risk mitigation, and timely escalation.
Performance Visibility:
Drive reporting consistency and end-to-end visibility into financials, milestones, and health metrics through partnership with Finance, Digital, and Business stakeholders.
Change & Transformation:
Support alignment and adoption across stakeholder groups by ensuring clarity of scope, value, and business impact of key program decisions.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline governance, enhance data integrity, and improve efficiency of PMO operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent University degree is preferred; Advanced degree preferred
Required:
Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional work experience Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs within a global or highly matrixed organization. Demonstrated experience standing up and leading PMO frameworks, governance models, and performance dashboards. Proven ability to operate at multiple organizational levels—comfortable engaging with executives and driving detail-level accountability. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-influence skills; ability to manage ambiguity and drive structure in complex environments Experience managing both waterfall and agile development methodologies Project Management Professional certification Strong Microsoft Project experience
Preferred:
Experience working with or within ERP or large-scale digital transformation programs

Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
