Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Green Pointe Operations to provide end-to-end leadership across a multi-function distribution facility. This role oversees fulfillment, warehouse operations, production/assembly, transportation, and systems execution while ensuring service excellence, cost discipline, and strong workforce performance. The position plays a critical role in scaling operations, optimizing throughput, and supporting enterprise growth across a multi-brand distribution environment. What You'll Do Lead all facility operations including receiving, picking, packing, assembly, shipping, and transportation Drive operational KPIs such as productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, and cost performance Oversee labor planning and capacity management to support seasonal volume fluctuations Manage site-level budgets and financial performance Optimize WMS and transportation systems to improve operational efficiency Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts Develop and coach site leadership teams and frontline management Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and seasonal hiring strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with production, inventory control, maintenance, and corporate stakeholders Ensure adherence to safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance standards What We're Looking For 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience 5+ years managing leaders in warehouse, fulfillment, or production environments Experience leading multi-function distribution or manufacturing operations Strong financial acumen and budget management experience Knowledge of WMS, transportation systems, and operational technology Proven ability to lead change and drive measurable operational improvements Experience managing seasonal workforce scaling in high-volume environments Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills Why Join Us This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact operation supporting multiple brands while influencing strategic growth, operational efficiency, and workforce engagement.
